Requirements
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a telephone-based environment.
