Job Opportunity

A varied and challenging role is available for a skilled professional to lead a team of bookkeepers. The successful candidate will work closely with the director to provide leadership and support, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service from the firm.

  • Training and mentoring of the firm's Team Leaders
  • Management of the team including setting and reviewing targets
  • Overseeing workflow management
  • Managing client experience from onboarding to implementing improvements as needed
  • Monitoring and maintaining quality across the firm in all aspects of client interactions
  • Identifying system and process improvement opportunities
  • Resourcing across the firm
  • Working with the team to ensure optimal use of systems to maximize efficiency
  • Managing KPI processes across the team
  • Providing regular updates and reports to management
About You

The ideal candidate will have experience working in either a public practice accounting firm or a bookkeeping firm, with expertise in Xero Practice Manager. Key qualities include being collaborative, driven to achieve continued success, people-focused and approachable, able to prioritize tasks and enjoy variety in their working day, and committed to a long-term future.
