Office Operations Manager

Suntory Oceania seeks an experienced Office Manager to lead the front desk and administrative functions of our Sydney head office.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's daily operations and ensure seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and processing mail and courier items.
- Update the SINE system, manage swipe cards, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Facilitate onboarding, order supplies, and work with building management and other service providers.
- Assist the Executive Assistant team, support HR with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate travel.
- Review activities for safety, identify hazards, and report accidents and incidents.
A successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing reception and office administration, with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
