Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Front Office team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding customer service.
  2. Assist the Management Team in managing the department's daily activities.
  3. Operate the computerized Automatic Night Audit system and ensure accuracy.
  4. Maintain accurate records of traffic sheets, folios, vouchers, and restaurant checks.
  5. Familiarize yourself with cashiering functions and provide support as needed.
  6. Act as a 'Deputy Warden' in emergency situations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (desired).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager - Front Office or 2 years as a Team Leader – Front Office with Night Audit experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Well-developed computer skills, particularly MS Office, email, and Hotel Property Management systems.
  • Ability to train and facilitate at all levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting, and productivity requirements.
