Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our Front Office team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist the Management Team in managing the department's daily activities.
- Operate the computerized Automatic Night Audit system and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of traffic sheets, folios, vouchers, and restaurant checks.
- Familiarize yourself with cashiering functions and provide support as needed.
- Act as a 'Deputy Warden' in emergency situations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (desired).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager - Front Office or 2 years as a Team Leader – Front Office with Night Audit experience.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Well-developed computer skills, particularly MS Office, email, and Hotel Property Management systems.
- Ability to train and facilitate at all levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting, and productivity requirements.
