About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and driven individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Representative. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Serve, clean, and reset tables and bars as required
  • Proficiently handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
