Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding sales and service experiences for DIY customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
- Offer DIY services, including battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installation.
- Maintain high standards of store product and operational excellence.
- Ensure accurate inventory processes, including truck put-away, shoot-outs, cycle counts, and backstock management.
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organization, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot maintenance.
- Assist with general stocking, including truck stocking and backstock management.
- Deliver parts to customers safely and efficiently.
- Basic driving and navigation skills.
- Ability to use delivery board systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of parts and automotive systems.
- Operating inventory systems and store equipment.

- Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management.
- Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals.
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
