About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and driven individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Representative. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including food and beverage systems, and till operations.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including Responsible Service of Alcohol and Safe Work Procedures.
