Bid Coordinator Job Description

The role of Bid Coordinator is a critical position in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tender submissions, collaborating with stakeholders, content creation, and maintaining a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the production of tender submissions across various project types and values
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including joint venture partners
  • Manage tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations
  • Create content for the wider business
  • Assist estimators/directors with tender presentations using InDesign
  • Maintain the company's CRM system and content library
  • Follow up with clients on submissions and record feedback for continuous improvement
About You:
  • Recent experience as a Senior Bid Coordinator or similar role in construction
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, construction, journalism, or marketing
  • Experience with design and construction methodologies
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office; Canva is an asset
  • High attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, exercising initiative and judgment
