We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and write tender responses for government and private sector clients. This is a key role within our organisation, and the successful candidate will have significant autonomy in their work.

The Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proofreading methodologies and submissions for clarity and grammar
  • Coordinating and writing tender responses, working closely with the estimating team
  • Analysing and receiving tender invitations, distributing information to the estimating team and managing deadlines
  • Communicating with client contacts and liaising with the team internally
  • Collating and editing marketing collateral to ensure that content is relevant to tender submissions
The Skills We Require

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in writing, coordinating and designing construction tender responses
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the procurement process and construction drawings + methodologies
  • IT literacy; InDesign and Microsoft Suite highly preferred
