About this role

The Principal Project Officer, Inclusion And Diversity, will lead the implementation of system-wide cultural change programs to build an organisational culture of inclusion for all employees.

This is a key initiative aimed at creating a work environment that values diversity and promotes inclusivity. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategies to break down barriers to employment and career pathways for underrepresented groups within the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of workforce strategy initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement co-design processes to identify and address barriers to employment and career progression.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice on the department's workforce strategy initiatives.
