Job Title: Organizational Change Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage organizational change initiatives. As an Organizational Change Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans that minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of change initiatives, meeting quality standards, and staying within budget.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and perspectives, and develop effective communication and engagement plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to support change initiatives, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, change management, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
