
Strategic Culture Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our People and Culture function, responsible for designing and implementing people and culture strategies that drive organisational performance.
The Strategic Culture Leader will lead the development and execution of contemporary approaches to employee engagement and experience, focusing on impactful culture change across organisational culture, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion functions.
This role involves providing strategic leadership across internal communications and engagement, talent development, and risk culture workstreams, ensuring alignment in approach and employee experiences.
About the role:
- Provide expertise in organisational culture and values, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, internal communications and events, change management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Lead the People and Culture department to ensure fit-for-purpose initiatives to attract, engage, and retain the workforce needed to execute strategy.
- Research, plan, and write strategic papers, business cases, and reports for Senior Management/Board and provide well-developed recommendations.
- Influence, negotiate, and make recommendations to management to achieve best practice People and Culture outcomes.
- Work closely with executives to ensure alignment in direction and execution of strategic people and culture related matters.
About you:
- Extensive People and Culture and/or Human Resources experience with proven consistency of delivering high-level performance.
- Extensive knowledge of Future of Work trends and the impact of changes in the internal and external environment, including the ability to incorporate these into People and Culture strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading change management projects and extensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Confidence in using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and prepare executive-level reports and well-reasoned recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and negotiate with senior management and executives.
