Learning Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Technology Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to university staff engaged in developing and delivering face-to-face and online courses.

The role is critical in ensuring the effective use of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System, ePortfolio, Video Capture and Streaming Server, Virtual Classrooms, and Plagiarism Prevention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the administrative functions within learning technologies
  • Undertaking operational tasks to assist staff and student use of learning technologies
  • Producing and contributing to the development of instructional resources for staff and students
  • Delivering introductory training sessions to staff and students in the technical knowledge required to use learning technologies

To succeed in this role, you will possess proven experience in providing eLearning technology support and eLearning development in a higher education setting, including resolving eLearning-related incidents and support requests promptly.

You will also possess demonstrated capacity to undertake routine technical tasks within Learning Management Systems, deliver staff training in the use of learning technologies, and develop comprehensive support resources to assist staff and students.
