Job Title: Development Site Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced site leader to manage day-to-day operations across all phases of a luxury apartment development in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage site teams to drive project delivery, productivity, and quality outcomes
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce compliance with HSEQ regulations
  • Drive program delivery while maintaining build quality and attention to detail
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and progress updates
About You
  • You have proven experience delivering residential or apartment projects as a senior site manager or construction leader
  • You possess a strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination, and program control
  • You excel in leading teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset
  • You have excellent communication and reporting skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise information to stakeholders
  • You have a relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management
