Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a luxury apartment project in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential and commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining high safety standards.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the project team.
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes as necessary.
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams, fostering strong relationships and promoting effective communication.
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery lead, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager, with a strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination, and program control.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset, inspiring trust and motivation among team members.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction, with a deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
