The Challenge

As you move into delivery on a landmark luxury apartment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, you're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

The Role Description
  • Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction to drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site to protect employees and assets.
  • Lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset to achieve project goals.
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
About You

Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager, demonstrating strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination, and program control.

Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Strong communication and reporting skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
