Job Title: Construction Site Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our construction site operations for a high-profile luxury apartment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal leadership role, suited to someone who excels at managing complex construction sites and prioritizing quality and productivity.

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities across all phases of the project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones
  • Maintain stringent safety standards and enforce compliance on site
  • Drive program efficiency while upholding build quality
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery lead
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of project sequencing, trade coordination, and program control
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around finishes and presentation
  • Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field
