Strata Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Strata Grounds Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of properties such as apartment buildings, including inside cleaning and external grounds maintenance.

This role involves working across both internal cleaning and external grounds maintenance, so applicants with experience in one aspect and not the other do not need to worry - we can provide training. Duties include:

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Dusting and glass cleaning
  • Rubbish removal and lawn mowing
  • Use of leaf blower and whipper snipper for gardening tasks
  • Hedge trimming and other trimming jobs as they arise
  • Taking out and bringing garbage bins back in after collection

This is a casual position with a schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 3pm. Pay is $32.31-$35.00 per hour.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cleaning or lawns experience (1 year preferred)
  • English language proficiency
  • Australia work authorization
