Employee Relations Specialist

At HelloFresh, we're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and investigations.
- Lead confidential investigations with fairness and integrity.
- Ensure strong compliance with relevant legislation, governing industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
- Keep up to date with current legislation and advise the organisation on compliance and risk.
- Engage with stakeholders on discussions around employee relations matters.
- Work closely with the Payroll, Workforce Planning, and Workplace Health and Safety teams on labour initiatives, process improvements, Award compliance, and employee matters.
- Ensure annualised salaries and wage arrangements remain compliant following Fair Work's annual wage increase announcement and/or following any changes to rosters.
- Identify and implement process and procedure improvements across the business as required.
- Interact with Unions as required.
- Engage with external providers to gain advice on ER/IR matters.
- Facilitate training for managers and employees on HR practices, procedures, Awards, legislation, and other relevant areas as required.
- Support with the roll out of HR initiatives across the business.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in a generalist human resources or employee relations specialist role.
- Previous experience in fast-paced working environments.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end investigation processes.
- Proven ability providing strong ER/IR support and advice to managers.
