About the Role: To succeed in this position, you will support the execution of business operations by managing quality, audit, risk and related assurance practices for ICT services. Your key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of risk and assurance staff to foster a culture of accountability and knowledge sharing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the Assurance and Risk program, including the risk management framework
  • Provide expert advice and support to ensure compliance with legislation, policy and best practice standards

About You: We seek an experienced professional with a strong track record in developing systems, policies and processes in risk and assurance management for an ICT service provider. You should demonstrate high-level consultation skills, leadership and management abilities, as well as the capacity to coach and mentor others.

Requirements: Extensive experience in risk and assurance management for an ICT service provider, highly developed research skills, and high-level knowledge of legislation, policy and international best practice standards for quality risk and security.
