At Accor, we're seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Pullman & Mercure King George Square. As a key member of our guest services team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the smooth arrival and departure of guests, handling luggage and vehicles with care.
  • Offer recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surroundings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Upsell hotel products and services to guests, providing expert knowledge and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with a high standard of personal presentation.
  • An open manual driver's license and the ability to safely lift and carry heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, including weekends.
