We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Porter to join our team at Accor Hotels in Brisbane CBD. As a Porter, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests on arrival, departure, and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
- Receive and transport guest vehicles and luggage with care and attention to detail
- Provide recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surroundings to our guests
- Interact with various departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests
- Upsell hotel products and services with exceptional service and product knowledge
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a desire to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with a high standard of personal presentation
