Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Injury & Claims Coordinator.

This key position plays a vital role in providing high-quality and accurate administration in relation to various WorkCover functions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the wider WHS & WorkCover Team as needed
  • Manage claims end-to-end, including return to work planning, payroll processing, and administrative tasks
  • Support injured workers in remaining at work while they recover or returning to work as soon as possible
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management/WHS or a related field
  • RTW Coordinator course completion
  • Sound knowledge of Accident Compensation Legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
