We are seeking a Claims Specialist to support a variety of engagements, conducting high-volume, high-quality claim reviews that influence the performance of personal injury schemes and self-insurers.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in personal injury claims management, with in-depth knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident legislation and regulatory expectations.
- Key responsibilities include applying legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to assess liability, treatment appropriateness, and return-to-work strategies.
- You will also perform targeted claim reviews to drive improved injured worker and claim outcomes, facilitate case conferences with treating providers, and identify claims management gaps.
A relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline is desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail, written communication skills, and customer service abilities are essential for this role.
