Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of allied health professionals.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals to facilitate their return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of cases including workers compensation and workplace assessments
  • Assess individuals' function via functional capacity assessments and workplace assessments
  • Collaborate with treating stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based recovery
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, integrity, and a positive attitude. A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, rehabilitation counselling or psychology, physiotherapy or exercise physiology is also required.

  • You must hold a valid university degree
  • AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
  • Have a passion for helping people
  • Hold a full driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
