About the Opportunity

The Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist will provide a range of marketing and community communications solutions to support the brand and organisational goals of Bolton Clarke, in particular, the Residential Aged Care service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Customer and Communications team to support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and community engagement schedules that raise brand awareness, support the service line, achieve occupancy targets and form local relationships.
  • Proactively engage, consult and communicate with community stakeholders through presentations, community activities, group facilitation and partnership building.
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to identify gaps and community needs for growth and implement initiatives in response, using marketing and communications projects to deliver objectives.
  • Coordinate various marketing campaigns and projects, from development of detailed marketing briefs, through to campaign development and execution to support the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
  • Support the development and production of marketing collateral and integrated content to position Bolton Clarke's services across residential aged care.
  • Support content development across offline and online channels, including marketing collateral and campaign assets as required.
  • Translate the broader program of works into local community campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, local site and services and the Customer and Communications team to support the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and community activity.
  • Liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer and Communications team as required.
About You
  • Min 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering high quality business outcomes and a solid understanding of marketing principles, community partnership building and stakeholder communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-developed organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
