We are seeking a Lead Financial Controller to join our client, a dynamic CA firm based in the eastern suburbs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic professional to take on a varied role with opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a public practice environment, with exposure to tax accounting and SMSFs. They will have a strong understanding of MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and BGL Simple Fund packages.

Key responsibilities include supervising and preparing tax returns and financial statements, managing junior staff members, and driving clients and business forward through innovative solutions. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work closely with the team to achieve business objectives.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have an Accounting/Commerce degree as a minimum and be on track to completing their CPA or CA qualification. A strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders is essential.
