Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the firm meets all financial control and reporting obligations.

You will work closely with other areas within Controllers, both in Australia and globally, as well as with other divisions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the books and records for the firm's subsidiaries, preparing reporting packages under US GAAP, and preparing financial statements under relevant local GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
