About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the financial transaction process, including order processing, invoicing, debtor and credit management, payroll, and banking transactions.
- Oversee inventory controls and ensure accurate accounting of all assets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide analysis of actual versus forecasted results.
Requirements
- CA/CPA qualification and relevant working experience in a manufacturing or agri-environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train lower-level team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in financial software systems, including Netsuite or other relevant ERP systems.
