Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our high-performing group finance team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of financial operations, ensuring effective reporting, analysis, and control of the general ledger.
You will lead the completion of month end accounts, journal adjustments and balance sheet reconciliations, report on and analyse actual results against forecast, prepare ad-hoc financial reports, manage the external audit and the preparation of work papers, support Commercial and Operations team with financial information and reporting to support decision making, assist the Financial Controller with cash flow management, and lead and mentor the financial accounting team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must be CA or CPA qualified with prior relevant experience in a finance management position. You should have advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred). Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
