- Analyse and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation purposes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare learning briefs, presentations and project documentation
- Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design or eLearning
- In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models
- Proven skills in instructional design and development of learning experiences and resources
- Strong project management skills in developing learning programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
