Innovative Learning Solutions Specialist

As a Learning Design & Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for creating innovative learning experiences by partnering with stakeholders and project teams to understand learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing tailored learning solutions to meet the evolving needs of employees and partners.
- Designing and delivering in-house training programs, including technical, soft skill learning, compliance learning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Creating procedural content and learning materials using adult education methodologies and instructional design approaches.
- Collaborating with enterprise L&D teams to ensure consistent delivery of content.
Key skills and expertise required for this role include media production software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition), 2D animation (Adobe Animate), e-learning tools, and technologies like Articulate 360 and SCORM.
