**Job Description**:
Partnering with Rehab and Health Services brands and stakeholders to deliver high quality learning & organisational development solutions, ensuring strategic alignment with the MedHealth Learning & Organisational Development business plan. Providing opportunity to take ownership of key projects and working across both learning & organisational development, the role provides numerous opportunities for learning and growth.

This role will have a key focus on:

- Supporting the design of Induction & Onboarding programs across Rehab & Health Services
- Assisting with Learning Management System administration
- Conducting robust needs analysis to potential gaps, challenges and recommendations to support successful business outcomes.
- Development and delivery of high-quality learning programs and offerings including project management, facilitation and co-ordination
- Demonstrate ROI through key metrics and data and effective reporting
- Support the development of new leaders to develop essential leadership capability. Take a proactive role in promoting and embedding the Rehab & Health Services Leadership Community to continue to build leadership capability

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years relevant experience in similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
