Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to provide technical support and expertise to our team. This is a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, and final account close-out.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cost estimates and quantity take-off for projects
  • Conduct value engineering and tendering evaluations
  • Assess progress claims and variations
  • Close out final accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • 1-3 years post graduate experience
  • Membership of AIQS or RICS or currently on the pathway to membership
  • Experience with CostX software
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
