Project Manager - Cost Control Specialist

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee cost control activities on various infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost plans and estimates during the design process, as well as undertaking cost control activities during construction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive cost management plans and schedules.
  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
  • Preparing regular cost reports and cash flow forecasts to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Participating in risk management workshops to identify opportunities for value engineering.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to address issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Professional certification with AIQS or RICS would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Social Infrastructure and property sectors.
  • An innovative mindset and drive to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
