Job Title: Project Cost Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our high-performing team in Western Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive cost estimates that align with project requirements and budget constraints
  • Collaborating with the delivery team to identify and manage project risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in construction tender submissions / estimation, or as a civil, water or sewer engineer, or Quantity Surveyor
  • High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
