Project Manager - Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Cost Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project performance by overseeing scheduling, cost control, and risk management for construction and infrastructure projects.

  • Maintain and improve systems for accurate cost forecasting and control.
  • Develop standard cost control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency across the cost control team.
  • Utilize cost control processes, including monthly reports, change control, budget management, forecasting, and contract administration, to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Assist in collating commercial risk review processes and tracking drawdown.
  • Support Project Managers with progress claim assessment and supplier commercial terms.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Construction Management, or similar.
  • 4+ years in a Cost Control role or similar.
  • Previous exposure to Civil/Rail infrastructure highly regarded.
  • Experience analyzing high-volume data sets.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Package.
