Project Manager: Cost Control Specialist
The role of the Project Manager: Cost Control Specialist is a critical component of our organization's success. This position is responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cost control, budgeting, and financial management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
Monitor and report on project expenditure and variance
Identify and mitigate potential cost risks
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
