- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, building codes, and regulations to drive innovation and excellence.
- Manage design documentation and ensure accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to the development of new products and designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- Strong design skills and a passion for design excellence.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Building Design & Drafting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and/or drafting environment.
- Experience in the residential volume home building industry in a design and/or drafting capacity is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design software and tools relating to house design.
