About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hooker & Heijden. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of insolvency-based clients, providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and describe insurable risk to clients
- Design and implement appropriate insurance solutions, negotiating and managing expectations
- Manage relationships with clients, underwriters, third-party brokers, and funders
- Manage debtors and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid-to-large accounts
- Strong account management experience gained within general/corporate broking
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate, and professional disposition
- Strong ability to multitask and manage own workload
- Proven track record of delivering operational results
