We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on environmental and social sustainability by delivering innovative digital solutions.

Job Overview

This exciting position involves leveraging digital expertise to design and implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored digital strategies that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of ESG reporting platforms, including system architecture design and data integration strategies
  • Facilitate client workshops to define technology requirements for ESG/EHS initiatives
  • Translate technical specifications into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Develop process maps to optimize ESG reporting workflows across departments
  • Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data perspective
  • Support vendor evaluation processes and develop compelling proposals for new business opportunities

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, focusing on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation
  • High proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Demonstrated success in client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomes
  • Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualization platforms, and enterprise software systems
