Role Overview

The Digital Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing integrated digital solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

This position provides technical leadership across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring systems are scalable, cost-effective, and interoperable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce enterprise-wide technical standards
  • Optimise service integration and delivery
  • Support business agility through orchestration, monitoring, and proactive management of stakeholders and vendors

Collaborating closely with business and digital teams, the Digital Solutions Architect evaluates emerging technologies, develops infrastructure plans, and ensures high availability and performance of digital platforms to enable seamless service delivery and innovation.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect), enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), or integration platforms
  • 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration across cloud and on-premise environments
