Digital Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in Sitecore and digital integrations.

About the Role:

This role will support analysis, optimisation, and delivery of digital solutions that enhance member and employer experiences across web platforms. Working at the intersection of digital content, analytics, and platform integration, you will help shape, support, and improve digital journeys within a regulatory and customer-focused environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyse digital content and structure using Sitecore CMS, including templates, components, and workflows.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to support API-driven integrations across member portals and third-party platforms.
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and user behaviour to inform decisions and improve user experience.
  • Ensure all digital experiences meet compliance standards relevant to superannuation (e.g., RG 97, member disclosure).
  • Priorities:
  • A/B testing, personalisation strategies, and digital campaign execution.
  • Produce regular digital insights reports using tools like Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, or Power BI.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting Sitecore-related or integrated service issues (e.g., payment gateways, calculators, member tools).
