We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team in the role of Financial Performance Analyst.

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance expert to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the Finance team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance or a related field, preferably with certifications like CFA or CPA.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, ideally in FP&A.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools, such as Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • A strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
