About the Role:

As a senior financial analyst, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and insightful financial reports to drive business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue growth and identify areas of cost savings.
  • Prepare detailed budgeting and forecasting reports to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide valuable insights to key stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CA/CPA).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to process, review, validate and analyze large datasets.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in presenting complex financial data.
  • Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in Yardi systems an advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Experience working with asset level drivers and property performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of commercial property markets and trends.
