**About the role**
The Performance Analyst supports the performance management and reporting functions of the division by collating, analysing and presenting business information to meet statutory requirements and assist in decision making.
- Responsibilities:_
- Monitor and report on the performance of ROM against business objectives and targets in a range of areas, functions, businesses, and services as required.
- Produce regular reports for management on the performance of services, programs, and projects.
- Manage effective planning and monitoring systems that measure progress against agreed key performance indicators and progress on corporate objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and improve systems to gather the required information to analyse performance indicators, trends, and outcomes.
- Identify gaps in the availability of information and participate in the development of strategies to obtain needed information.
- Develop templates, processes, and procedures for regular reporting requirements to contribute to the development, review, and coordination of ROM performance reporting
- Critically analyse and interpret large amounts of diverse and complex data to provide advice on current and emerging trends and issues.
- Conduct analysis of various performance reports assisting in driving performance and ensuring alignment between external requirements and ROM strategic plans.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in researching, analysing, and resolving complex economic or financial problems and in developing business cases.
- Sound working knowledge of economic and financial modelling and research, and skills in using analytical tools and systems.
- Knowledge of private and public financing to provide public infrastructure and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
