Job Title: Financial Performance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Performance Analyst. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning the reporting and forecasting processes, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the reporting and forecasting processes for both the Australian and UK businesses
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive growth
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools in Tableau to bring data to life, ensuring clarity and impact
  • Analysing financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Driving process improvement and embedding best practices in reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Tableau (essential)
  • Clear communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
