We are seeking a motivated Credit Analyst / Associate (Para-Broker) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the technical side of credit and lending, enjoys building client relationships, and wants exposure to high-quality property finance transactions.

As a Credit Analyst, you'll work closely with our senior brokers to:

  • Assess client needs and conduct detailed financial analysis
  • Structure residential and investment loan solutions
  • Prepare and submit loan applications through lender portals
  • Liaise with clients, banks, and solicitors to ensure smooth settlement
  • Manage incoming leads with professionalism — no need to generate your own
  • Support clients throughout their finance journey with clear, proactive communication
