As a Disability Support Practitioner, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

  • Support clients to develop and maintain their independence and advocate for their individual needs.
  • Deliver personalized care by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using various equipment and aids.
  • Transport clients safely in our wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress.
  • Be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting individuals with unique needs.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disability, high physical support needs, and medical/health requirements.
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
  • Local residence to the North Shore area.
