Job Title: Community Care Professional

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional in-home care and support. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve by providing compassionate and personalized services.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the care industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents. They will be required to provide clients with the same level of care and respect they would give their own families, while also being willing to travel distances and work various hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
  • Experience in community aged care/disability care
  • Ability to learn and develop new skills

A roadworthy and registered vehicle, along with a current driver's license, are essential requirements for this role.
